Milk has always been an essential part of every ones diet over the centuries. A glass of milk per day has proven to build strong growth and development, not just for toddlers but for adults as well.
World Milk Day is celebrated annually in many countries worldwide, providing an opportunity to focus attention on milk as a global food central to health and well-being across cultures and nations, and to highlight the contributions connected with milk and the overall dairy industry. To celebrate this year, Alaska will have a running event with four (4) categories: 100m & 1KM for kids, 3KM, 3KM for Family, 5KM, and 10KM.

Alaska Family Run celebrates Family bonding of going out and enjoying fun activities together like running.
They will also launch the Milk Hour (6:00 am) in four different locations; Manila, Baguio, Cebu and Davao. This activity aims to promote proper nutrition for kids. Plus! Popular personalities, health advocates and sports enthusiasts to take part.
