SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo brings together pioneering agencies from across the region, Agrakom PR from Indonesia led by its Managing Director, Ms. Hana Budiono; Ink PR from Malaysia led by its Managing Director, Mr. Manimaran Ambalaghan; COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas led by its Vice President for Business Operations and Managing Director / Partner, Ms. Rachel Syfargo; COMCO Southeast Asia – Singapore led by its Managing Director and Business Administrator / Partner, Ms. Ampy Corpus; 2COMMU from Thailand led by its Managing Director, Ms. Sineenart Sinchai; and Chi Communications from Vietnam led by its Managing Director / Founder, Ms. Lai Thuy Chi. Overall, the SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo is spearheaded by COMCO Mundo League of Enterprises’ Interregional President and Group Chief Executive Director / Partner & Co-Founder, Mr. Ferdinand L. Bondoy.
“With SEA CAN Alliance, we are building more than just a network, we are creating an ecosystem that connects local expertise with regional synergy, reinforcing excellence in the communications industry,” said Mr. Bondoy, who is also the Lead Convener of SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo. “Our goal is to empower independent agencies to grow together, share strengths, and deliver world-class communication campaigns rooted in authentic Southeast Asian perspectives.”

Through this alliance, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo enables its members to leverage local insights and strengths while thoroughly collaborating across borders to deliver communication strategies that drive meaningful connections and measurable impact across Southeast Asia and beyond.
“In today’s interconnected Southeast Asia, no agency can operate in isolation,” said Ms. Budiono, Managing Director of Agrakom PR. “Through SEA CAN Alliance, we can help our clients tap regional opportunities while delivering PR campaigns efficiently across borders. Beyond business, it is also important for the alliance to champion causes like diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and climate change, leveraging our deep understanding of each country to make a meaningful impact in the region.”
Southeast Asia’s communications and marketing landscape is rapidly evolving, driven by digital transformation, cultural convergence, and a growing need for human-centered storytelling. SEA CAN Alliance was born out of this dynamic environment, providing a strategic framework for cross-border collaboration, where each member contributes its unique market expertise to help brands and organizations navigate complex audiences and cultural nuances.

“Joining SEA CAN Alliance means expanding our opportunities to help brands, the people, and the community grow through meaningful communications,” said Ms. Sinchai, Managing Director of 2COMMU. “It elevates our purpose and potential, allowing us to empower our clients who aim to make an impact at a regional level. Beyond the work we accomplish together, we are equally excited to foster long-lasting friendships with our partners who share both great minds and good hearts.”
By connecting the creative and strategic forces of its member agencies, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo enables brands to scale their campaigns regionally with seamless coordination, cultural fluency, and a deep understanding of Southeast Asia’s diversity, from the bustling markets of Bangkok and Jakarta, to the creative centers of Ho Chi Minh City and Kuala Lumpur, and the innovation hubs of Singapore and Manila.
“Singapore serves as a key regional hub, and SEA CAN Alliance unites strategic excellence with creativity,” said Ms. Corpus, Managing Director & Business Administrator / Partner of COMCO Southeast Asia – Singapore. “Through this collaboration, we can deliver campaigns that are culturally fluent, strategically strong, and impactful across Southeast Asia, helping our clients scale seamlessly across markets.”
Beyond building business and creative collaborations, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo also advances its regional advocacy through One Southeast Asia, a communications initiative that aims to champion regional identity, environmental sustainability, and youth engagement. Initially, through the collaboration of media partners, influencers, content creators, and other storytellers, One Southeast Asia amplifies stories that inspire unity, shared purpose, and a deeper appreciation for the region’s collective identity, environmental resources, and empowered youth.
“ASEAN faces pressing social and environmental issues, from climate change to inequality,” said Ms. Lai, Managing Director and Founder of Chi Communications. “By championing these causes, SEA CAN Alliance can help the industry lead meaningful change while setting the standard as pioneers in addressing these challenges across the region.”
This advocacy underscores SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo’s mission to not only elevate communications in the industry but also to contribute meaningfully to addressing issues and concerns in the region.
“By raising awareness on issues like environmental sustainability, economic development, and social equity, the alliance can influence policy, mobilize resources, and bring stakeholders together,” said Mr. Ambalaghan, Managing Director of Ink PR. “Supporting these causes also strengthens our credibility, attracts like-minded partners, and fosters trust, innovation, and collaboration for more resilient communities.”
As the communications landscape continues to evolve, SEA CAN Alliance by COMCO Mundo stands as a testament to the power of synergy among independent players, proving that with collaboration, creativity, and shared purpose, agencies can make Southeast Asian stories resonate across the world.
“Collaboration across COMCO offices allows local creativity to contribute to regional campaigns,” said Ms. Syfargo, Vice President for Business Operations and Managing Director / Partner of COMCO Southeast Asia – Pilipinas. “By combining local insights with cross-border expertise, we help brands connect authentically with Southeast Asian audiences while creating meaningful impact across the region.”
