And what an awesome to see more than just having it for summer, Teresita’s of San Fernando had an event called “Grand Halo-Halo Day” where they gave away Halo-Halo for FREE to all of their branches nationwide.

This event aims to promote Teresita’s Halo-Halo as a unique type of Halo-Halo in the market and to make it more exciting, the management would like to make it as an annual event for the restaurant.

To tell you a brief history about Teresita’s of San Fernando, it is an offshoot of Teresita R. Razon’s Halo-Halo and Palabok in Pampanga, officially sanctioned and first tradename branch of the Razon Halo-Halo Refreshment Parlor outside of its one and only location in the town of Guagua. The latter was started in 1972 by sisters Severina, Elena and Virginia.

Now brothers Paulo and Ryan, Go Negosyo Entrepreneur Awardee and of The Biggest Loser Pinoy Edition fame, the fourth generation of the famous Razon clan of Pampanga, started this restaurant (Teresita’s of San Fernando) in July 2011, as an offshoot of their parent’s business which opened in San Fernando in 2002.

I tried to eat at Teresita’s with my co-teachers before this event ever launched and I can tell how lovely the taste and the price of their Halo-Halo was and including their rice meal sets like Kare-Kare, Caldereta, and Palabok. These are the things worth trying if you will ever give the chance to visit their restaurant.

Teresita’s of San Fernando has 14 branches, located in:

SM Light Mall, SM Manila, SM North EDSA, Tomas Morato, Walter Mart Muñoz, NLEX Petron Marilao Northbound, Landmark Makati, Landmark Trinoma, SM Mezza, SM BF Parañaque, SM Molino, Festival Supermall, Robinsons Forum Pioneer, SM Olongapo. Soon to open- Petron Clarkfield branch. They are also open for franchise.
