Teacher Eats: Kapangpangan Dishes Made of Love, Now Open at Teresita’s of San Fernando UP Town Center

The love I have for Kapangpangan cuisine has been an influence my father passed on to me since childhood. The taste of their halo-halo brings childhood memories that still resonate with me at this present time. And it only reflects the love of Filipinos for food.
