Teacher Eats: Kapangpangan Dishes Made of Love, Now Open at Teresita’s of San Fernando UP Town Center

The love I have for Kapangpangan cuisine has been an influence my father passed on to me since childhood. The taste of their halo-halo brings childhood memories that still resonate with me at this present time. And it only reflects the love of Filipinos for food.

Because they want to bring the “Kapangpangan Flavors Everywhere,” the popular Teresita’s of San Fernando Restaurant has continuously grown more in giving people Kapangpangan goodness. As they opened their recent branch at UP Town Center at Quezon City, Teresita’s family aims to give Filipinos more place to have their family time while enjoying the best of Teresita’s famous dishes.

During the opening celebration, the people around the UP Town Center was able to taste their famous Teresita’s Halo-Halo. Their Halo-Halo has been the best-seller dish that signifies the family tradition, that passed from Teresita’s mother, now made available for the public to love. With this, they are aiming to give more joy and promote more the Kapangpangan flavors that Teresitas can only bring.

One of the dishes that you can still look forward to is Teresita’s original recipe of Kare-Kare, Caldereta, Palabok, Chicken Pastel, Dinuguan with Puto, and more.
