I want to eat more fruits and veggies in my diet. I realized that I am borderline overweight (based on my BMI status) and I need to shed some fats for summer wear. But this world already deprived us with healthy stuff, we ended up craving for processed, fast food and toxic food. What’s the result? more sickness, more struggles to wake up every morning and less energy to do what’s necessary. That’s why salad stores become so popular nowadays, it’s hard to choose the right one.
Last week, I visited one of the branches at “Salad Bar” and I learned many things about this restaurant that you should know:
1. All fruits and veggies are ALL YOURS TO CONSUME
Unlike another salad bar that only allows you to get 2 or 3 variants, the Salad Bar is open for you to have as many fruits and veggies that you want. Using their unique container, you can stuff the fruits, veggies, and dressings that you desire (as long as it will not spill out to the container. What an awesome salad buffet.
2. The Fruits/Veggies Buffet Fest starts at 30 PESOS ONLY.
Yep, you heard it right! At the price starts of 30 pesos, you can now have a 100 grams of fruits/veggies right within your reach. How do they do that? They actually weight your salad bowl and it determines its price. It means “more salad, less price.”
3. The Fruits/Veggies Buffet are ALL-Fresh
Well, it might be affordable, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not fresh. The staff makes sure that all of their Fruits/Veggies are very pleasing to look and good-tasting. In short, no penny will go to waste with your time at Salad Bar.
In conclusion, it’s now easier have more fruits and veggies in my daily meals. And what better way to do it with the tasty, affordable and convenient choices of #SaladBar.
